The spec evo / conj stones are almost *required* for mages, they save you that much mana. It doesn't matter if you're a solo / group / raid mage, they just flat out kick ass. Prob one of the most power items in game IMHO.

If you're mostly solo you want to make sure *all* your pet defensive AA's are done first as that will give you the best returns. An upgrade to the debuff AA mages get should be upgraded every single exp IMHO. It seems like a no brainer really, and would make all mages happy if it was done as the extra it should be and not used as an excuse to not give us something else.
