I believe that requires you to cycle the wrist focus back to a blank (explained on Rasper's site).

So if you have a concordant wrist you need to combine it in a (Consigned) Incandescent Culling Vortex,- with a chronobine to extract the Essence. Yes this is illogical the Incandescent Culling Vortex removes the Luminessence and the Luminescent Culling Vortex removes the Incandescent.

Then you need to combine the Luminessence with a Chrono in the (Consigned) Polymorphic Cell to get an Incandessence.
