Newbie AA question

Hi everyone,
I have two questions.

1: Can my already spent AA’s be refunded allowing me for start over?

2: Where can I find a list, start to finish on an AA progression?

Well the answer to first question is NO.

I don't think anyone is going to make you a complete path list for all 4600 AAs. Here are some basic ones that I have listed for my raiding group for minimum requirements.

No, those are not in order of when I would suggest buying them.

Innate run speed 3 is always my first ones.
Spell Casting Fury 3
Spell Casting Mastery 3
Pet Discipline/Advanced Pet Discipline
Pet Affinity, would be the first ones.
