Re: Please filter "new posts" by board section and topic
Originally brought up here . From what I understand, one of the major issues with the old boards was all the traffic and the resulting large bandwidth costs. It's pretty hard to argue that the vast majority of posts don't occur in the politics section. Right now there's the same amount of posts in t...

Re: +Spelldmg Questions
This information has been around for a long time, on the old boards anyway. Spell damage only affects spells up to 5 levels below the caster's level. At level 85, it will work on level 80 spells but nothing lower. Spell damage is capped at doubling the damage of a spell, which is why you won't see R...

Re: circle of life aura question
Yes. Worn effects typically stack with spell effects and aa effects. The only things it likely won't stack with is Glyph of Arcane Secrets and Mana Preservation Campfires.

Re: Wired: Critical Conditions
I picked up a Circle of Power ring for my Bard and realized it too increases the chance to crit direct damage spells. It's in slot 4, so should stack with everything else out there. I've added it to the list of effects. If anyone can think of anything else, lmk. Too bad Kumbaja is offline.

Re: New spell?
...from the information that is given right now it's more similar to the raging servant line than any other spell line... The actual spell attributes in the spell data file will tell you much more about what is actually going on, rather than speculation based on the cast/worn off messages. Like I s...

Re: New spell?
There's nothing to indicate this has anything to do with Magicians, it could be an NPC spell for some event. In its current state, it is some kind of aura. Lucy lacks the ability to parse these effectively, but if you look at the change history and take an educated guess from the spell ID, you can s...

Re: Raid parses
Am I correct in saying that your normal parses are Wiz, Ber, Rogue, Mage, Necro for DPS order? We run mage heavy in our guild and normally have 3 mages in the top 10 on most fights with a mage normally in the top 3. We're a pretty low DPS guild, but for our parses, I usually run away with scryers b...
