I don't know the values, but one thing to consider when evaluating push (by melee or by pets) is that different weapon types have different amounts of push: Piercing weapons have the least push, Blunt weapons have the most push. Slashing and Hand-to-hand fall somewhere in between.

I am unsure what the benefits would be of making a full set of one type instead. there is NO BENEFIT to having a complete set of one type. The benefit comes from having the same tier of armor (T3, T4, or T5) and even then, you only see a benefit if you purchase an Emblem augment for your chest piece.
