I can't recall when they get their first one but when the ench gets the spell that gives a defensive mez proc it makes charming while boxing a lot less suicidal.

The progression tasks for the T5 merc are done in Korascian Warrens. They start with Nedsin Tabbels and Sterik Gristmaker. They may be doable.

Arcane address doesn't block chaotic blessing. I tried just before the servers went down and it would still fire while only singing that song. It still didn't fire a lot when I didn't sing any songs which still surprised me with 4 mages using it.
