You should be 86 by now. You can go anywhere with the 86 air pet. I liked HoT lower, Beza (off of Fort Mech), and Zeka, and MMM.

Terror infused. 80+ search in bazaar, filter by mana for mage then individual slot. Oh and an Abstruse+ Robe. Terror infused has higher ac than the Conjureflame equivalent. At least that's how I geared my mage and wizard.

I thought so because the level 81 air pet (base 80) becomes a level 84 npc.

pet boost is 90% from base is what I've gleaned. And I know that the only the highest EM takes effect, and their effects are not cumulative. At first I thought wearing both caused some kind of bug. No evidence of that yet.
