Actually no I did not have twincast at the time. I just bought the spell last night and all I have to say is wow...just wow. Thats seriously powerful stuff. I wonder how much more DPS I will do with that available. I wonder if it works with Jolt...I have RK3 Jolt and thats one amazing spell especial...

I bought this to max yesterday and although it doesn't seem as big a increase as ranks 1-3 it *seemed* to be tanking better while soloing.

Killing just the last guy does it for you too. All I participated in was killing the last guy in the tower and it unlocked EM 7 for me. I even got a new suffix and a new robe.

I have the first level of this from years ago but I don't recall the answer to your question. Should be easy enough to find out though. Go to an arena with a friend and turn it on and have him nuke you.
