I think a lot of inexperienced mages don't have an appreciation for pet focus effects. For that matter, I think a lot of inexperienced mages (or just players in general) don't have an appreciation for focus effects at all, and only look at the HP and mana on a piece of gear.

Necro pets these days don't come anywhere close to mage pets in both the tanking and DPS departments.

Bard + Mage is an awesome combo. If your bard is decently geared you can do a lot of stuff with the bard tanking, otherwise you can use the pet to tank and have the bard just use songs and AAs and pull/mez. Bard + Mage + Mage would be really awesome I'm sure. I don't really box by myself much anymor...

Hmm, interesting. Looks like the only conflict I have is I have the Shock of Discordant Steel type 3 on my shoulders. Not a huge deal since I almost never use that spell anyways, but I'll put it somewhere else nonetheless.

When I did it I think I probably camped the Blazing Elementals for about 30 hours total before someone told me the lava elemental in the gnome castle may drop it also, so I tried it out and got it from there in about an hour. I remember myself and another mage in my guild killed Neh'Ashiir about 30 ...

Did Fabled Gozzrem and Fabled Telkorenar in ToV and both were a total joke. Fabled Sontalak was up appears to be doable, but I got an add part way through the fight and had to gate.

Stuff that I'd like to see: New ranks of elemental form AAs that actually make them worth using. These are cool AAs but are stuck in the Luclin era and are essentially of zero value now. Mana free Rumbling Servant AA (maybe 3 ranks and lasts 15, 20, 25 seconds). Frenzied Burnout 4 More ranks of pass...

Ranks 4-8 are 1% per rank I believe, and only cost 3 AA each, so they are really good buys. Going by what I remember and the above posts, I think ranks 9-18 are 0.5% per rank, and then ranks 19+ are 0.25% per rank. The higher (19+) ranks are definitely only really worth buying if you have a lot of A...

I thought it eventually goes down to 0.25% per rank, but I could be wrong.
