Air pets are stunning yellow and red cons at level 90 with no problem.

Did you check what spell the pet is casting? Because last I looked it wasn't working on red cons in Morell's Challenge mission, and was the case in rest of SS.

My air pet is casting Air Elemental Strike VII which lucy has capped at lvl 90.

What focus you using? I've not checked what mine casts but will when I get a chance.

Have we yet determined for sure if we are stunning above L 90?

Is there an easy way ingame to determine this if you don't parse?

Seems like a pretty important issue to me.

Well, really, to have a scientific proof, there is no other solution than reading through the log files and look for the stun messages ( "Mob_Lambda has been stunned by a gust of air"). Lucy seems to say it works only till 90, but the best way to know definitely is to read our own parses.

3 ways to do this:
1) You can get gamtexttriggers from gamobsoft.com where gamparse is. Make a line that is "has been stunned by a gust of air" and have a message pop up on the screen.

2) You can make an audio trigger with the same line.

3) Or, you can do /log on, record the fights, then open your logs from the log file in windows, do a search for "by a gust of air".

Follow up with what Voragath said, look at the logs and see if the mob stopped attacking for the 2-3 seconds they were supposed to after the stun. If the mob didn't even swing for that time then it's pretty safe to assume they were in fact stunned.

Editing to add:
Here's my logs for a sandman in MC. It was a yellow con; pet stun messages were landing fine but the mob never stopped swinging.

Stunned by a gust of air isn't a message telling you the mob was stunned, it's a message saying the overall spell air elemental strike landed. They resist the stun, but the nuke still lands, hence we get the message still.

They are not stunning anything above 90 currently.
