ok i am trying to lvl a 44 enchanter any ideas on where to go what to use etc please and ty

Soloing? Boxing with main? Grouping?
Once the character hits 57 they can group with an 85. Take them to Valdeholm. I have leveled a few characters from 57 to 75 in 2-3 days. Depending on your time played.
I would use hot zones until you can get to 57 and group with your main.
You don't provide much information so hard to give you any specific ideas.

With a tank merc and charming i got mine from 0 to 60 in 2 week ends (about 6 hours 0-50 and another 6 for 50-60) did Crecent reach area till 30 then followed the hotzones.

personally id go charm in lower guk, then the hole... they're not hot zones, but nothing runs, and charming is a lot of fun!
