Chaotic Blessing

I'm close to level 89 ( well, when the game returns... ) I was curious about the spell Chaotic Blessing... How often does it proc ( percent chance per cast approximatel? ) , and how many hps does it heal? also wondering if improved pet heal aa's increase the amount healed by these procs, thanks!

Oh and if you have rank II how much more does it heal

Sorry I don't have the numbers, can't tell you the exact frequency of proccing but it procs often. When burning Lesson in Zeka (which allows to make some cash too) Boon + AAs + Promised on multipulls is enough to keep air pet alive, without mercenary.

Rank II gives a 4050 heal proc for the level 89 Boon. + heal mods you are wearing apply, but I don't think healing focus effect does. It can crit though, if you have the heal crit AA.

It has around a 12% chance to proc. Pretty much useless unless your grouped with more mages with this spell on them.

However if you have CB running in places like beza/zeka where you'd be using the AtT and AtD nukes with theft of essence maxed it's a nice little boost. You are correct that all by itself in places like HoT it's pretty lackluster but look at it from an additive point of view and it's actually really nice.
