DPS meters

Hey guys,

Does anyone have any suggestions on a good dps meter? I want to test out the dps of my pets, but am clueless when it comes to installing mods, and using them on EQ. Any directions you might be able to give me on how to install the mods on windows 7 would be awesome as well.

gamparse (correct spelling, no "E" in it) makes a free easy to use program, you have to have logging on, and you can use the on screen option to check both your pets and your dps, seems to work good for me, just google it

they also have gamtexttriggers which also very useful for voice or onscreen prompts, such as letting you know when gift of mana procs,

Gamparse ftw is it very easy to use and I like a lot the fight dps appearing in game shortly after a fight has ended as it allows you to monitor realtime what is having a good effect or not (abet on a subjective front rather than purely scientific).
