I'm not sure what you mean. If you mean are they allowed in, then yes. If you mean will they do what you need them to do, well, that depends on group makeup/gear/skill and the mission you are doing.

One of the missions is a pita, probably needs proper grp no mercs and its still annoying, death means task over if i remember, i think its the one that takes place on the airship.

What is the highest trade able pet focus? I am still stuck with an EM V!

There are no tradeable EM focii in this expansion. There probably won't ever be. The pet ear starts to drop in Tier 2 and only Tier 1 is ever tradeable.

EM 7 is the lowest focus to affect VoA pets.
EM 9 is the lowest focus to drop for group in VoA.
EM 11 is the highest group focus in VoA.
EM 15 is the lowest raid focus and drops in T3*
EM 16 is the highest raid focus.

*At the time of this writing. I am still looking into the EM 14 that is missing. It was supposed to have been fixed already but looks like it never was.
EM 14 has been discussed. EM 14's existence is up in the air for VoA. That's all I can divulge until further notice.

Not really an issue given the group content has no locks on it - they just have to run to wherever it is and loot it.

I also only have EM5. Of course I'm also hoping something may appear on the Loyality vendor. But if not ...

Purely for molo pet tanking mobs below lvl 90 (disregarding pet DPS), is the lvl 91 un-focused air pet going to be better than the lvl 86 EM5 air pet? Or should I stick with the 86 pet until I get a usable focus?
