Instance Zones?

I've been doing an instance zone with some of my low level toons that has a bunch of 'non-social' rats in it, very safe, very easy (exp isn't superb but it's great risk vs reward.) Are there any higher level ones that are similar? Trying to find a nice spot to sit afk while doing things around the house and getting a little exp in between.

What are your favorite instances at 80+?
