On the nuke crit % & crit dmg modifier, the numbers you crunched matches with old necro findings. This is what we've had posted public-
Nuke criticals
Luclin – Spell Casting Fury 2/2/3 (7%)
PoP – Fury of Magic 2/2/2 (13%)
Gates – Fury of Magic Mastery 1/1/1 (16%)
TSS – Volitile Mana 2/2/2 (22%)
SoF – Fury of Magic 1/1/1 (25%)
Total AA: 25%

Nuke critical enhancement
+Omens Destructive Fury - increases the amount of damage done by a critical blast by a set percentage. 7/15/25%
+TSS Mana Fury - further increases the amount of damage done by a critical blast by a set percentage. 30/35/40%
+SoF Destructive Fury - further increase of 45/50/55%
+SoD Destructive Fury - further increase of 60/65/70% (12 ranks total)
Total: +70%
You do good parsing.

Updated for Underfoot. We received 3 additional ranks of Fury of Magic, so I parsed each over more than 10,000 hits.

Fury of Magic 13-15 should increase crit rate by 5/2/2% and 9% overall. That's a pretty big jump (~35% relative increase). As the largest crit rate increase we've ever had from a single AA, Fury of Magic 13 is definitely going to be one of the first AA I buy in Underfoot (after the RS AA).

The current breakdown of Magician critical rate AA looks like this:

I also added in Glyph of the Cataclysm to the critical damage modifer section, but its effect is a little more obvious. ;)

It should be noted that it's now relatively easy for a solo Magician (with 7th) to get to a 100% crit rate: 35% from AA, 21% from First Spire of Elements and 50% from Intensity of the Resolute.

On the crit damage AAs, is that percentage the percentage that's added, or is that the max percentage that added? For example if I have rank 3 of destructive fury, which should yield a 25% increase to crit damage, will all of my crits have an extra 25%, or is it random 1%-25%?

It is 25% extra of the base spell IIRC. Your focus effects give you the random 1 - x%. I'll look it up to be sure when I get home.
