Which Slot 4 Silver Token Vendor AUG to use?

Couldnt find a place to post concerning gear so posting this here.

1) Are procs like sympathetic fire, frost, lightning, toxic, disease affected by focuses?

Depending on the answers, which of the 5 Slot 4 augs is the best?
Is one resisted less than others?
Are mobs in general weaker to one of the types of damages?

They aren't affected by foci, only +spell damage. However, they are affected by certain aa's, like the wizard fury of ___ line, that adds damage to fire, cold, or magic. Possibly affected by other stuff like 2nd bard spire or BP click, haven't had a chance to test though.

As for which to use, they all seem to have a pretty serious resist modifier (haven't noticed any resists except against mobs that are nearly immune to whatever the aug is proc'ing). I went for fire just because there are no suprises... other than killing a few nestlings in BR I haven't ran into a super resistant fire mob in years. AG or RSS was that last time I loaded up magic nukes, I left nestlings alone cause the pulls were annoying enough as it was.

In general I think mobs are weakest to disease, simply because it's the one resist malo line doesn't debuff. That said, it's very uncommon for shm/nec/whoever to actually debuff disease, so it just about balances out. But as I said, you prolly won't see any resists unless the mob in question is straight up immune.

Pretty sure silver token stuff sells back at 90% of cost, so it's no biggie if you ever want to change up.

I was tempted to pick up the stun and deaggro ones for off pieces. Just need some half way decent range and secondary off pieces with type 8

I use fire and lightning ones, tho (as Nako said) it really doesn't seem to matter much; haven't seen mobs resisting the procs.

As an aside, the mana stone you can buy for 30 gold tokens > any of the silver tokens for a mage (in my opinion).

the heal affect on the lifetap aug is focused...or at least it can crit, which is why i have that one instead of straight up nuke aug. I still havent gotten the mana proc augs :(
