HTML support?

Can we get HTML support up in here like old board please? 75% of my codes for Returning To EQ FAQ thread are not working, like these:

<a name="this"></a>

phpBB v3 disabled html use completely -- there is no longer official support for it.

I haven't checked recently, but last time I did there wasn't even an unofficial mod that added support back in. The phpBB team decided that it was too unsecure and removed support for it.
