LOL Awesome!

I'm not sure what's up. I hope someone does because I've seen people ask for more regen and the devs keep saying no. An extra 10 regen is of minimal benefit. So I agree that the secondary cap is quite a bit out of place. The only thing I can think of is that it's somewhat hard-coded and their workaround was to split the regens. That still doesn't answer the question of why no more regen. If it's because we're hitting the ceiling why say no and not just say we can't give you more regen because the code won't let you have more. Sometimes, I think the devs have this idea that we are sitting on mounts, in a forcefield to protect from any sort of spell interruption, with every single thing to boost mana regen (bard, chanter, every clicky that can stack, necro buff, etc.) when they calculate our regen. That is the prime case but the reality is that a vast majority of us are lucky to be half of that.

Or the Rambo dev is the ringleader of the wizard conspiracy to keep mage mana regen down. /shrug

Ah the VISIONtm :) love it :) So I'm 62 and 99% with 154aa spent, and I'm running out of ideas for those that are available at this level. I remember years ago the effort and time I put into getting a one ft item... now I burn stuff down and med for 3 minutes to get back to fom. I've also been playing without my merc. I keep one with me at all times, it's just too handy to have a pocket healer, but I'm getting more xp soloing properly.

Ok to the question. Combat agility and Combat stability are both at level 3 now, and both also claim to now have another 30 levels 0_0 each... These turned up after my time, so how much of a bonus can I expect to see from them? Otherwise I'll start leveling again and take an aa break around 65 or when ever we get the next tier of pets which is 66?

Thanks

http://samanna.net/eq.shaman/demystified.shtml" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; - this list is pretty old but still accurate i believe (up to the TSS aa's).

CA/CS Ranks:
1/2/3 = 2/5/10% for 2/4/6aa
4/5/6/7/8 = 1% each at 3aa per
9-18 = 0.5% each at 5aa per
19-33 = 0.5% or lower at 7-12aa per

When I AA a caster, I generally do CA/CS to 8, followed by CA to 18 and shield block 1-3, then done with defensives until I start running out of fun stuff to do. An enchanter might be an exception. At 62 you'll only be able to buy ranks 4 and 5 of CA/CS, you'll get one additional rank unlocked at 63-65. The next air pet is at 66, followed by 71/76/81, which generally make those levels a bit of a sweet spot.

At 66 I pretty much lived in east wing (drusilla area) of Howling Stones (hotzone now so should be good), and temple/guardian area at Hole (which might be kinda busy these days seeing how easy it is to get to now. At least on saryrn it's full of afk merc'ers, leveling my SK down there I would generally give them 5-10 minute warning that I was pulling through. If they didn't respond, well.... :D

I'll second this. My cleric is level 54 and is making mad AA's in HS. My 69 sk is doing very well in the hole when the bot pl'ers aren't killing mobs.

Yeah what is going on with the people in the Hole, there are a couple on my server who are there 24/7 with a merc doing something.

Ok, that's cool, I'll get a few more defensive aa then start leveling up to 66 :)
