I would be happy if they would just remove pet push from swarmers period.

Done get me wrong. I know they push very little but a bunch of uncontrolable swarmers with multiple pet classes launching them at the same time causes that small amount of push to stack up.

my original idea for this was to bounce a 1pt dmg off the mob, meaning that the mob wouldnt be taking any dmg, you would be, so it wouldnt be breaking mez at all AND it would create a hatelist for the swarm pets to follow or not follow ie: other mob casts ae and gets on the hatelist first.

i just cant comprehend why this isnt possible, the spell or aa could have a low lvl recourse buff on the mob like a small debuff, heck, make the recourse do 1k dmg or more or something and increase the debuff just as long as it has the effect of the mob damaging you to get on our pets hate list. I'd rather take a 10k dmg hit from my spell recourse than chance getting one rounded(yes my gear somewhat sucks) by a uf mob or raid mob. :P
