Just to clarify, with poll located by link to another domain, when we follow the link to vote, will there be a control so Sued and all others get locked out after voting once?

Its the bad taste in my mouth since they switched to no paper trail ballots in my state.

Cause if I get to vote as many times as i want, the Dev's will have to dedicate all the mage development time to increasing the stacks of summoned arrows to 9999 per stack because that is my priority.

The poll tracks IP addresses, so each IP will only be able to vote once. I also ask for your character name and server, though there's really no way I can confirm any of that. It would be possible to vote multiple times if you used a different IP address each time, but I'm giving the mage community a little credit. Also each persons votes are recorded, so in case of any disputes I can bring up a list of exactly who voted for what.
