Block it, meaning Iceflame procs? No, shaman procs are defensive, they only proc when you get hit. Iceflame procs are offensive, they only proc when pet swings.
The 2.0 procs? I don't think so, because the proc rate of the shaman one is higher. It should be pretty easy to test.

Iceflame proc is also defensive, not offensive. When something hits you (I'm pretty sure they have to connect) there is a chance for it to do X cold damage to them (don't remember the amount) plus the normal DS damage, plus add a 2 hit rune on your pet. The portion of the epic that can overwrite iceflame is not the offensive proc, but the defensive stun proc that only works on mobs <= level 75. The reason people say not to use the epic click when fighting mobs > 75 is because if both the epic and iceflame would have proced, the epic wins out but since the stun only works on level 75- mobs you get no benefit (except maybe more aggro for your pet?).
Edit: I may have to stand corrected on that. I just looked it up on Allah and it does just say add proc, not add defensive proc like Ward of Mystifying or Burning Brimbody. Can anyone verify?

I ran a parse and had the dummy set to not attack and was getting iceflame procs. The rune procs on offense, at least, but I don't know about the DS component of it.

Iceflame is an offensive proc that auto-casts prism skin on the pet when it goes off. The only thing defensive is the damage shield.

Good to know, thanks. I had noticed my pet would have prism skin on it during raids, but I thought it had been triggered by AE rampage or something like that. Nice to know it triggers on attacks.
