Mage/wiz group kills maggots that spawn and then go back to DPS on Queen as soon as all are dead.
Enchanters mez any flies that may spawn.
There really are a lot of maggots that spawn, and it's easy to kill them rather than worry about mez breaking or line of sight issues on all of them.

AC probably more important than HP, but general minimum for a successful tank here is maybe 40k hp with 4k AC. Tanking QM is not the hard part. Hard part is enough DPS before you get over run with adds, and curing the viral DoT before it spreads.
