After playing around with level 1 of it, I say Force of Elements is a must have AA.
It works well for your "weave damage", being able to cast in between spells. You can cast, click AA, cast, click molten orb, cast, etc. so it gives you yet another option to work into the weave.

And if you are just farming and messing around, it's a great pulling spell with the fast cast time.

So, quick update on how things went:

After losing 17% level exp (total) so far (I really hate Foundation...), I went for Sturdy Companion next. Seems to be helping. I really should have parsed those on Beta, but it was a really bad Beta for me, as I've attested to other places.

I was going to just stick with Rank 1 of Force of Elements, just so I could get used to working in into place on my hotbuttons, but I broke down and bought all 3 ranks. I really like this AA. It doesn't add that much DPS, but it's a very nice, completely mana-free, chunk of DPS. And if you're burning, say, First Spire or 7th or have a Bard in group, it's a nice, free, between spells 3k nuke crit. It's really very nice.

Now we just need a functioning Mana Regen spell because, oh god, I feel like a newbie again. New RmS timer just eats your mana alive.

On spell slots, until I get Thaumatize, I really don't need any extra. I bought the Aspect AA just on a whim (it's 3 AAs and UF is actually solid AA exp when you're chain dying) and that's really the only thing taking up a regular spell slot that I flip in and out. I'd have liked it to last 2 minutes, but it's still decent. I'll buy the new spells slots (and fix my UI files, lol) when I get the mana regen, probably here in a week or so, but for the moment, it's just not really pressing. It's no different than all the pet buffs I've flipped in for years.

I got all 3 ranks and put it on my multi-bind key.
Spells will cast 1st from the multi-bind, but if you spam the multi-bind key, Force of Elements will cast everytime it comes up when your spell icons are greyed out.

Posted this on another thread, but think it actually belongs here:

My pet had ENRAGE duty on the final named.
Pet health was dropping fast so i popped Divine Companion Aura [15 minute reuse pet DA]
Worked great and pet lasted until the named died a few seconds later.

However, my pet was at approx 18% health when I got the DA off and i did not know if we would have the named down before the DA wore off since it is only about 14 seconds duration, so popped Companion's blessing and nothing.
Then I popped Replenish companion .. again nothing.
The AA's did get spent.

So just be aware.

Next time i am in a simular situation i think i will wait a tic or two and throw one of our 18 second delaed heals on my pet.. hoping that will stick and go off just after the DA wears off.

Sued...

How do you tie Force of Elements AA nuke to the multibind nuke key?

Good idea with adding Force of Elements to the multibind key, going to do that as well.
I also bought all 3 levels now. Saw a crit for 4239 dmg. Pretty nice for a mana free add-on damage that you can do between spell castings.

We picked up 2 copies of Thaumatize pet in Pellucid Grotto last night. With the long recast timer on it (much like Twincast) it's something that will be a permanent spell slot #12 for me.

What is your estimated range on Force of Elements as a pulling tool?

I will pull with our big fire nuke Bolt of Molten Scoria because of the long range on it. When the mobs comes within casting range of Rumbling Servant, I cast it immediately on the incomming Highly aggroed mob and then send pet in ASAP followed by our Malosinete AA . This usually keeps them off of me and they die very fast this way.

Will get the Force of Elements AA soon, but was interested on the pulling range and aggro level of the spell.

Well aggro is the base damage of spell, 1550 for level 3. So less aggro than most 81+ level nukes.

According to Lucy, range is pretty good.

Fickle Blaze = 200
Force of Elements = 250
Bolt of Molten Scoria = 300

Don't try this with mobs that summon
