Even rank one servant should parse out and add over 1k worth of DPS. Rk3 gives me around 2k (when i've got pet aura up, a bard in group etc.) In my opinion, you're doing yourself a disservice by not using it.

He's talking about Servant of Ro. True, it's DPS is teh sukk at rank 1. However, it's been improving over the years and is quite the aa now and so is Host. I've been increasing host lately and have been seeing some nice gains on the parse during raids. I can't wait to start adding in SoR.

i dont see how you guys have 3-5 active mages o.O. even on joint raids with another guild, im usually the only one.
We run 6-8 magicians... With sometimes more sitting outside the raid waiting for a DPS spot to open up...
Wizards dropped down to 1-2
Normally average 3-4 magi int he top 10 parse.
We have beat Fippy and are close on both the CC Beast and PG raids.
Just need a mage friendly raiding group that understands what we can do.
Sued...

Yeah the problem is they made the SoF upgrades to SoR so flippin overpriced i've had them on the backburner for quite a while...I'll buy them eventually but 12 aa per upgrade is stupid.

Yes, I agree. I saw that a few days ago and the price is just nuts. I better pwn the parse for that price! lol

Did you actually put Thaumatize in as a part of your weave or just at the start, then occasionally refreshing?

And since Thaumatize targets the pet how do you handle that? Just keep re-targeting the mob?

Yes, it's a permanent part of the weave. And yes, I just keep retargeting the mob when Thaum fires.

I get it. With a 2 min recast, it's not that bad putting it as part of your weave. You just have to pay attention to when it fires and re-target mob or risk spending a ton of your mana nuking your pet. I tried it on Pallorax yesterday and it seemed to help a ton.
