Your looking for a FBO look-alike focus. Xirisst's Growl is SoD raid robe.

You want all skills DMG modifier, chance to hit with all skills and attack. Which is what our FBO does/

Perfect, I had one in the bank with this focus and have switched out my robe clickie hotkey to it. ;)
