Personal DPS AAs.

I've been using this site to help me along with my first magician which I created a few months ago on the Mayong server, however this is my first time posting. So far all the information here has been very helpful, especially since I had never played a mage before. I was in a progression guild for a couple months stuck at level 70, but I recently decided to level up. I'm now level 85 and just joined the top guild on the server. Because of this I'm a bit far behind on AAs, I have a little over 1100aa so far. I just maxed all my pet defensive AAs and I'm looking to go all out on improving my personal DPS now. We start tower raids on Monday and I'd eventually like to show up on the parse =). I do use the multibinding method that Wired posted about and it works great, although my mana pool is a bit too gimpy to really make the best of it. What I want to know is which AAs will allow me to reach higher DPS and in which order. I obviously know that spell crits, twincast and all that will improve it, but I'm looking for an order to get these AAs in to get more DPS faster. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks,

Runny

IMO, Frenzied Burnout (at least level 2) and max extended burnout are about the cheapest, easiest AAs to quickly boost DPS, especially when using Suspend Minion to get double the duration on a single encounter. Combining that you get about 5 consecutive minutes of Frenzied Burnout which is probably about double pet DPS (I've never bothered to parse it really so that's just a guess).

The new Rumbling Servant AAs are excellent also and I don't see those in your magelo. After that I'd probably start working on pet crits and flurries and personal crits/destructive fury.

The AA that reduces the recast on rumbling servant is particularly helpful since it guarantees that if you get a GoM proc off a RS you can cast another with the proc. Of course the downside is you have to sit there and twiddle your thumbs while waiting for the gem to pop so you don't use the GoM proc on another spell. Guess that's what clickies and activated AAs are for. :)

Forceful rejuvenation also is a great help for just a few AA, to immediately recast an RS pet either on a GoM proc from previous pet, or just to get a second one immediately on a fast burn. IMO just ensuring you are clicking nuke clickies between casts (summoned shard, tob/arcstone bp, molten orb, OMM 2hander) and using the new resonant fire potions will help a great deal as well. I also feel very strongly about obtaining any and all possible sympathic alleviation procs you can. During long fights, this increased mana regen helps a ton for dps.
