The Magician's Tower

How exactly does this getting added to your nuke? Is it part of the base and as such is subject to focus/crits etc... or does it get added to the end after all that calculation is made?

They crit but aren't focused (at least by worn effects). I haven't tested them with spell focus effects, but I doubt that would affect them either.
