on a bi-weekly basis, you would think the whole mercenary revive / unsuspend timer would be fixed and not sit at 0m0s for X amount of time that it does.

Usually my merc timer allows me to unsuspend it at 18 seconds before zero.
Maybe your experiencing a lag issue?

I sincerely hope not. I pay an arm and a leg for my t1 connection
Not that I am a major in networking or anything, but I can download torrent files at over 1mbps... so unless I have a terrible upload and my upload would effect the response time of the mercenary clock...

I am having the same issue. My merc timer starts around 3.30 rather than 5.00 and then sits at 0.00 for a minute and a half before I can Revive.
