Ladies and Gentlemen,
First I want to apologize for my extended absence. I really have to thank Danille and Piemastaj for putting so much effort and time into maintaining the boards like they have.

In an effort to lesson the work for them, I've made a few changes to the new user registration process. First, I've made the Captcha harder to read, although I don't know how much this will actually help. Second, I've extended the minimum time between posts to 60 seconds. Unfortunately, I don't see a way to extend the minimum time before a new users first post. Third, I've made a change to the account activation process. It should require any new accounts to be 'activated' by the boards users. Hopefully this will drastically reduce the number of spammers without excessively delaying new users.

Finally, I'm looking to add some more moderators, if you are interested or would like to nominate someone, please PM me.

Regarding the captcha screen, I had some real trouble, trying over and over to get new passwords to work to get logged back into the board. I kept getting the captcha screen up, which shows a mixture of capital letters and numbers, I would always input my answer in capital letters, and got told that it was incorrect. Finally, I tried to input the captcha's capital letters using lower case form, and it worked. That seemed very confusing.
