Anyone noticed that fickle isn't twincasting? I bug'd it the other day, but FYI if you haven't noticed you may want to adjust your spell lineup in the meantime.

Thought I was going crazy for a bit there, will /bug it also, thanks.

- Spells with recourses will now twincast properly.

From test patch notes June 2nd. So at least they were aware of it and live fix inc soon (hopefully).
