Looking for a raiding guild that starts 8:30 ET

UF has claimed another mid tier raiding guild, Sequel (on Maelin Starpyre) has been a non mandatory raiding guild since before Plane of Time but dwindling numbers have decimated our raiding force each night.
I am looking for a raiding guild that starts 8:30 ET (most of the Maelin guilds start at 7:30 ET, I can maintain high RA, just can't log on that early because of kid activities). Tower/Hard Tower/Fippy geared, max AAs, 4,338 raids in the last 4 years with Sequel, usually top 3-4 in raid parses although our mellee did not have UF raid weapons so difficult comparison.
Any recomendations on guilds to explore?
