You can go on EQPlayers and see a list of them mixed in with the rest you have on your character (char page, choose the aa tab), but be aware that there are also some bogus ones and ones that act more like flags on there as well.

Er, what? I'm not seeing any HoT AAs on there, just the current live ones. Unless they're just giving us more ranks of things we already have and adding nothing new. My Eqplayers AA list seems to be bjorked anyway since it doesn't list the ranks of a lot of them correctly.

They are mixed in, are incomplete, etc...for example, at the moment via EQPlayers I see 3 totally new ones in General and then a bunch of extensions of ranks.

I have links to the screenshots of all the new HoT AA's already uploaded to my webspace and will be posting them when the NDA is dropped.

NDA is lifted, any info on where to see the new AA's? Thansk!

HoT AAs have been added to the Mage AA and Alt Activate post in the Library

Some of the Spells AA General, Archetype and Class descriptions have been added to the respective post in the Library
