I'm pretty sure about everyone has looked at the spells on Lucy, so just going to comment on the few that aren't standard upgrades.
Gather potential - 7.5k mana, 7 min recast, combined with rods, very nice mana regen indeed
Spear of Magma Rk. II - 3.5 sec cast, 13520 base damage, 2695m, twincastable including our AA twincast(30 min recast on that AA)
Mass rods spell pretty much outdated with AA modrods now, share click timers
Rain/Beam of daggers - magic based AE, still pretty limited(none?) use, many truly did ask for single target nukes that could be weaved on fire resistant mobs, no luck
Grant ring of levitation - Aristo refused to change this to the invis stone despite many requests
Chaotic Blessing - extends to almost 12 min now, and seems to proc a bit more, just my opinion though
Tellurian Stance - beefed it up a good bit, still not near scaled like it was in SoF
Splash of Lava - no sense that I can find in this spell, is a free target small AE (30)
Strike of Sand seems to attempt to fill the wiz mid damage nuke line, better ratio, medium cast time... seems limited use
Promised Wardmending scales a bit better, still not quite where most think it should be
Grant gift of daybreak - many requests were asked to change this... didn't happen; summons 2 stacks water, 2 stacks of food, a stack of bandages, and an invis stone in it (the grant bag spells actually summon a clicky item which opens up to a bag with the items in it, so they are stackable on a toon's cursor, this does allow for multiple inivis stones to be summoned to a single toon even though lore, but still quite inconvenient)
Grant spectral armaments - Absolutely love the new graphics for pet weaps, bout time
Also added is 2 new ones with jolting strikes, decrease agro proc
For the group mage, we are still going to be quite good...
For the raiding mage, the spear replaces fickle essentially in the weave(will now be RS, spear, jolt, bolt), and as such, is actually a pretty limited DPS increase compared to other DPS classes. Many suggestions were attempted to assist our comparatively low dps, but almost none were entertained unfortunately.
