Off topic bug question [24 hour cooldowns]

Hey guys I'm not sure where I should post this but im desperate so I will try general, a few days ago my game started to do something very annoying. When ever I consumed a charge of my AA rod my potion belt wouldnt show the cooldown (you know as a vertical red overlay that decreasses slowly till you can click the rod again). Well this thing is spreading trough out my buttons. Now my cauldron is doing it, and 2 out of my 12 spells are also bugged. (they show a 24 hour cooldown but I'm able to cast them using their normal cooldown is just the red overlay that stays there for ever and shows a 24hour when i scroll over it)

All those things I can work around by just spaming my rod when ever I'm not casting just in case is up, and spells I just guesstimate when they are up again. But the nail in the cofin is my merc summon timer. You see theres no way to take my merc out because he shows a 24 hour timer and the button is greyed out :( I bought a second merc slot and now I can summon them by using the switch button, but if they die then I cant rezz for 24 hours.

Does any one know how I can fix this? SoE didnt reply to my queries.

This normlly happens when your computer clock gets changed so it is out of sync with EQs clock. It causes all of your timers to act funny and such.

I would suggest find the right time and then adjust your computers clock and it should hopefully fix the problem. If not I am unsure then.

Ohh now that you mention it I had to turn back the clock one day so I could create a database for class with a date from the day before, lol. Thank you so much!!!

PS: dont tell any one about the database thingie I was playing EQ and forgot to do it earlier lol XD.
