would that be exclusive of the Extend RS AA? Tehre appear to be 2, one saying swarm one saying RS.

Nope. RS pet is a swarm pet, so they both stacked on the Rumbling Servant. I think they continue to stack on all the RS pets since Underfoot as well, even though the text says specifically Rumbling Servant.
