First rank of FoE is currently flagged as Beta Only, so it won't work. Should be resolved during next big patch, Pie worked with Ellyra on it. So ... don't buy the first rank unless you are 98 and ready to buy first 2 ranks unless it has been fixed by then.

The title was the only thing. FoE was a bit misleading possibly.
