RoF spells

I was just looking at the new spells on allakazams.
What really caught my eye was the mana costs. Is that accurate? Spells barely cost anymore mana (outside of spear). In a few cases, they actually cost less mana than the previous version

You are not mistaken, and that is a good thing for us. Our mana costs are already absurd, we did not need anymore added onto things. Spear was actually boosted mana cost as well, it was lower so was Fickle and Bolt.

A few spell lines were not upgraded but there's supposed to be some "announcement" later which will reveal why.

really hope they don't leave surge out. stupid that the other short term ds made it in
