I am not seeing any new Type 15 slots, are they a thing of the past now?

Also, I could not find anybody selling Type 13 augs, and ended up going to Feerrott and buying them there. Are there new Type 13 augs or am I supposed to still be using the old ones?

There will never be type 13s again (thank goodness).
They stopped people from upgrading armor as much. So instead, the devs spread the stats from the type 13 augments around into the complete armor sets.

Are you saying that the stats you gain by inserting a purity aug into a particular piece of gear has now been built into that piece of gear making inserting the purity aug unnecessary?

Because the gear still comes with a Type 13 slot, so by inserting a purity aug anyway, do I gain the stats twice?

And what is the news on Type 15 slots? My Rustic Robe had one, my Boreal Robe does not (and nor do any of the others, including the Raid ones).

If you're looking for purity augs, your best bet will be HoT and VoA +25 augs. I know on my server, the VoA +25 augs don't sell for too much and they are quite a few people selling them.

So no Type 15 slots because the stats you gain from an emblem have been built into the armor set.
And Type 13 augs are drops and not bought from vendors like they were in HoT.

I my soloing/moloing to 100, I looted about 8 25 purity augments for RoF mobs so far. Seem relativley common to me.

There are 30 purity augs dropping now as well.
