What armor to shoot for

I came back to the game a month or more ago after an eight year haitus. My mage is now 89, soon 90. I am using bazaar bought gear. I have an 88 bard and 86 druid that I box. I was just wondeirng what kind of armor or even gear to shoot for. All the expansions are new to me. I don't have rof but all the others. I have spend time in SOD zones but wonder about VOA or HOT gear. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

You can go for Rustic gear to get you started. This has a required level of 85, so all of your boxes can use it. The link on how to make and obtain can be found at

You'll need
Reliquary of Refinement - Can be bough in Argath
Consort Adorning Agent - Can be bought in Argath
Rustic Stole of Argath(chest) - Can be bought in Baz or farmed in all Alaris T1 zones.
Fantastic Silk Robe Template - Can be bought in Baz or made via trade skills.
Combine the last 3 in the Reliquary of Refinement and you will have T1 VoA armor found here
