How effective are they with the RoF AA levels?

They allow you to get more out of "of many" line if your raid is short on pets. That's the extent of their usefulness these days. Most times I don't even bother casting them.

Considering the no longer "push" mobs, they are very useful from both cc or dps standpoints.

I stopped buying host AAs back around lvl 75. Are they enough dps to prioritize them? OR just a fun toy?

As above, they are good for the "of many" line. The dps they put out themselves is not amazing or all that noticeable.
