Date for next expansion release?

When's it coming? I was busy in 2013 with school, so I never bought Cotf ( and bc there was no level raise ), wanting to come back and play but waiting for this next expansion to get them 2 for the price of one.

Are you talking about the release that is in beta now? If so, that is not an expansion. The current beta is the next progression of the current expansion. That's how they release the content now.
If not, the next actual expansion is probably slated for next year since expansions are still on the yearly cycle.
Additionally, buying CoTF gives you access to the upcoming content release since it's still part of CoTF.
