Monster Summoning

Has anyone else noticed that the MS line is summoning air pet models only? I'll have to test it again tonight, but as of last week, no matter where you are you'll summon an air pet model.

I recently asked about this same problem in the mage channel on my server. since, it seems, the monster summoning spells dont get used much, noone seemed to have heard of it. but i am also having this same issue. in zones like the buried sea, the steppes, field of scale and so on, my monster summoning pet remains an air pet.
