Keeping track of Hotkeys

How do you all keep track of hotkeys? With AAs, the pet back offs, all my spell macros, etc. I'm having a heck of a time trying to find where to put more buttons. It's getting to the point I'm thinking about buying a game pad and hanging a layout on my desk.

It's actually not that much that I use very often. I have 4 bars of 10 which I keep on 2 separate hotbutton windows. These have all the commands, activated, vet, assist buttons and everything on them. I don't even have all slots used and it's just 1 click to get to anything I need.
