Serverwide Chat Channel

Hi guys,
resurrected my mage which was my main back in 2002. Got him to 65 and then GoD happened - which as you probably remember didn't put mages in a very good place and so I quit. Well it's quite clear that mages are now back in a very good place and I've been playing him again the past week (70 now).
Anyway - I was wondering if there is a serverwide chat channel?
I've searched and searched but my search-foo is weak so if I've missed a post or a sticky - big apologies.
