The Magician's Tower

I have consulted many mages about this, still confused me coz there are actually half/half, some go Evo, says u nuke more it's gonna save more mana eventually, some say Con saves big mana at RS pet casting, so I wonder if there is anyone who actually calculate the difference (mana saved) between 2 specializations?
