Twincast and Fickle
Anyone noticed that fickle isn't twincasting? I bug'd it the other day, but FYI if you haven't noticed you may want to adjust your spell lineup in the meantime.

From test patch notes June 2nd. So at least they were aware of it and live fix inc soon (hopefully).- Spells with recourses will now twincast properly.
