I haven't used the malo clicky mask since we got the Malo AA. Even in SoF I didn't use it much. Mana pools are getting larger and larger which causes your malo spells to really cost a negligible amount of mana (and now we have a free one every 30 seconds). Plus since stats on gear are getting better and better you're sacrificing more and more stats to have the mask equipped.

True, its marginal at best. I had forgotten that I needs to be equipped making it even worse (I dont have one myself).
The only situation I can see using it is in a fast killing group where casting malo the spell isnt worth it and you kill mobs faster than 1 per 30 sec.
Once you have spent some of your mana the stat loss is of no consequence - but having to equip the mask is a real annoyance that makes it unlikely to happen.

You read my mind.. i was trying to come up with this myself. How about all the mage DA items. I know of a few:

There are some other items from other places im not certain of, Coldain 10th ring war, Bristlebane in PoM i think?..
