Flowing Thought Questions

What is the cap for flowing thought? When I used to play it was 15 without AA's but now everytime I get a +Ft item it continues to raise my mana regen in my stats window. Does the cap increase with level? I'm basically wondering how beneficial the FT cap increase AA's are.

The cap is still 15 without AAs I believe, then with AAs can be raised to 40. Even so, I don't really think the AAs are all that useful, especially considering how expensive they get at higher ranks. 25 more mana regen is only 250 more mana a minute, which isn't even enough for one nuke. There is definitely a ton of more useful AAs out there if you ask me.
