Sued point at the person with the green name tag and figures you should be the all knowing all powerful one who can fix every problem before we lesser beings even know there was an issue.

Seriously I was going to ask you that question and let you know that there should be a requirement for board MOD's to personally contact every member of the Magician's Tower with hourly updates on the status of the leak... errr website access failure, giving acurate forecast of when the problem of which you have no control over will be resolved

Was just too big a softball for me to resist.

ya know, a phone or email tree isn't a bad idea...maybe not hourly updates though...

I have to agree hourly updates would not work at all. They have to be every 15 minutes, and supply donuts if in the morning with the update.
